https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019/12/02/exclusive-kobach-democrats-now-say-out-loud-intent-to-turn-america-blue-by-immigration/

Quote
Former Kansas Secretary of State and United States Senate candidate Kris Kobach says the political left is now quite honest about their longheld intent to turn the nation blue through mass legal immigration.

During an exclusive interview with host Alex Marlow on SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Daily, Kobach said in the past Democrats would only talk behind closed doors about their efforts to transform the nation state-by-state through immigration, but that today they are honest about the plan.

“I think there are also many people on the left who are more politically motivated who say out loud that they want people to come into the United States who are more likely to become dependent on the welfare quickly because they want them to become Democrat voters,” Kobach said. “And that used to be something that was once whispered, they now say it out loud.”

Indeed, 2020 Democrat presidential primary candidate Julian Castro readily admitted last year that the current importation of about 1.2 million legal immigrants every year would help turn Texas blue.

The Hispanic vote in Texas will continue to increase. By 2024 Democrats can win Texas, Arizona and Florida. A big blue wall of 78 electoral votes. https://t.co/6FT0NJyjyP

In states like Virginia — where Democrats now control all of state government — the foreign-born population has grown more than 250 percent since 1990. In 1990, Virginia was home to less than 312,000 foreign-born residents. Today, there are close to 1.1 million, almost four times what the population was three decades before.

Like Virginia, similar regions that were once solidly Republican have been handed over to Democrats due the annual importation of more than a million legal immigrants. Orange County, California, for instance, is now dominated by Democrats, following what the New York Times has described as a “40-year” flood of immigration to the area.

Republicans’ electoral prospects, though, are only expected to get worse because of historically high legal immigration levels, research by Axios, The Atlantic, and the New York Times has found.

https://www.redstate.com/bonchie/2020/01/09/trump-wins-another-battle-over-the-border-wall/

This has been quite a two week stretch for the President. He’s essentially won the battle over impeachment, owned Iran, and now he’s getting another win for his border wall.

If you’ve been falling the fight over securing the border, several district court judges have gone rogue and have had to be slapped down by the appeals courts, or in some cases, the Supreme Court. One specific case involved a judge in Texas, which I wrote on here. Despite the highest court already green lighting Trump’s use of certain military funds to secure the border, this judge decided to give standing to pro-immigration groups and claim they would be “damaged” by such a move.

As I wrote back in October, that made no sense at all.

First, how does El Paso County and an activist group (who are the plaintiffs here) have standing to challenge federal agencies using federal funds on federal land? The simple answer is that there’s no legal reason they have standing. Yet, this judge decided they did based on the laughable notion that El Paso County would suffer “damage to their reputation.” By such a standard, anyone could have standing in any lawsuit against the federal government. It’s just ludicrous.
In short, it was a tortured decision that the judge massaged to meet his personal political goals, not to actually follow the law.

Now, it seems the appeals court agrees with my assessment.

A divided federal appeals court has lifted a lower court’s order blocking $3.6 billion in military construction funds that President Donald Trump planned to use to finance an expanded and improved border wall.

The New Orleans-based 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals issued a brief order on Wednesday granting the Trump administration’s request to stay the injunction that U.S. District Court Judge David Briones, based in El Paso, Texas, issued last month…

The 5th Circuit panel’s majority did not provide a detailed explanation for its action, but noted that last July the Supreme Court stayed a similar injunction issued by a federal judge in Oakland, Calif.
Their reasoning was actually quite simple. They cited that the Supreme Court had already shot this Texas’ judges logic down and that he had ignored precedent. Therefore, the Trump administration got their wish of a stay of his decision.

FINALLY!!! :o :o :o

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/01/thank-you-potus-acting-dhs-secretary-celebrates-100-miles-of-new-border-wall-with-mexico/

Acting DHS Secretary Chad Wolf celebrated 100 miles of NEW border wall construction on the southern border with Mexico this week.

As reported at The Daily Caller – Acting DHS Secretary Chad Wolf stopped by the U.S.-Mexico border near Yuma Friday and delivered a speech in recognition of the important milestone: 100 miles of completed border wall since the beginning of the Trump administration. Republican Arizona Sen. Martha McSally, Republican Yuma Mayor Douglas Nicholls and numerous Border Patrol officials joined Wolf.

Chad Davis thanked President Donald Trump for keeping his promises despite unrelenting push-back from open borders Democrats and their activists judges.

In October The Gateway Pundit posted our last update where 89 miles had been built to date.

Border construction broke ground in South Donna, Texas back in October.

Quote
So far 71-89 miles of construction have been completed.

509 miles are slated for completion by next November.

That’s 509 miles of border wall completed without ONE SINGLE DEMOCRAT VOTE!

A new website “TrumpWallconstrution” went live recently with information on the current progress of the Trump Border Wall.

The website includes an interactive map that has information on planning and current work in progress of the prominent sectors of the border wall:

Azz, you mentioned my dismay at how little wall has been built in a recent podcast, ergo I hope you'll mention this finding in a a future cast.

The creator Donaldu Magnus wrote this as an introduction.

Welcome to my website! I created this to be a one stop shop to find out all about the status of Trump’s border wall. The fake news refuses to cover this in any kind of meaningful way other than shallow 30 second clips or short articles. I was frustrated that nobody was covering this in a way to really understand exactly where the new wall was being built and where the existing wall was. The US-Mexico border is 2,000 miles long and I didn’t really understand exactly where the “wall” already was and where the new wall would be built. So with my interactive map you can see exactly where the wall is being built as well as current “wall”.

I will do my best to keep my map and website updated with the latest information including pictures and videos.

https://www.presstv.com/Detail/2020/01/28/617288/US-refugees-Mexico--deportation-
Mexican migration authorities say they have deported 2,300 Honduran refugees who crossed over from Guatemala with a caravan heading to the United States.

The "assisted return" of the Central Americans took place between January 18 and Monday, according to the interior ministry and the National Migration Institute.

A total of 1,064 Honduran refugees were deported on National Guard planes and charter aircraft, they said in a statement.

Another 1,239 were repatriated by land from the southern states of Chiapas and Tabasco, the institute said.

The Central Americans entered Mexico last week from Guatemala with the so-called "2020 Caravan" with the intention of heading to the United States.

Whats the status of the wall? You know I willingly reside under a pile of rocks. Did it ever happen? Will it?
